These terms describe your use of FluxoKit, operated by FluxoKit Servicos LTDA.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FluxoKit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
FluxoKit is a visual AI workspace for workflows that use image, video, text, and creative tools from multiple providers. Provider availability, model parameters, limits, and output behavior can change as underlying services change.
3. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for the activity in your account. Generations may consume credits based on the selected model and settings. The checkout or dashboard shows the current offer, available credits, and purchase details before payment.
4. User content
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, and other content you submit. Do not submit illegal content, private material you are not allowed to use, or content that violates provider rules. You keep ownership of your inputs and generated outputs subject to applicable law and provider terms.
5. Third-party providers
FluxoKit integrates third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Their terms, safety policies, outages, rate limits, or model changes may affect generation behavior. FluxoKit is not responsible for provider changes outside its control.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FluxoKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are submitted to the competent Brazilian forum defined by the operating company.
